Organic/Polymer Analytical Chemist

Analytical Answers, Inc (AAI) is seeking an experienced analytical chemist who can help our customers by solving problems across wide range of materials ranging from electronic, electromechanical, biomaterials, surgical equipment and implements, polymers, metals, coatings, semiconductors and legal cases. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years experience in analytical techniques related to organic and polymer analysis, including but not limited to FTIR, TGA, DSC, GC, microtoming, optical microscopy, along with some understanding of SEM/EDS, ESCA, Auger and others. This scientist should be able to work directly with clients individually or with a team of material scientists, and presents an opportunity for the scientist who wishes to grow beyond simply running tests and wants to work directly with customers in solving problems. As such, a combination of good communication skills coupled with flexibility and the ability to think out of the box is critical.

Analytical Answers, Inc. is the largest privately owned surface/microanalysis laboratory in the East, performing thousands of analyses for international clients each year. We use our hands-on knowledge of a wide range of analytical tools, combined with our experience and analytical skills, to answer client questions and solve material problems.
